cold.

So its the end of June and in the 90's outside and we have been held up INSIDE with colds the last couple weeks. First I got it, and then sadly- poor little Matthan. So far thankfully, Mark has avoided catching it and we hope it will stay that way. Matthan has been miserable! Stuffy nose one day, runny the next, difficulty sleeping, coughing a lot. Poor guy, we took him to the doctor to make sure he didn't have an ear infection or anything- and thankfully it's just a cold. But she told us it could take up to 2 weeks to go away! Yikes! He has been handling it pretty well, until I come towards him with the blue bulb syringe! He is also a little less talkative and more clingy. But, we are surviving our first cold!

Matthan also started eating foods other than cereal this past week and a half and that's been fun. So far he has tried pears, avocado, banana's and yogurt. So far so good- next up....peas! :O)

We hope to update early next week on Baby#2 after we go to the doctor.
