fifteen months.

This past month, we have really started to see a lot more personality coming out in Asher. He is lots of fun, he laughs a lot, and is very laid back. We are constantly saying "he's so cute". He loves dancing around in circles as he hears music. He loves animals (just like his big brother). He says lots of animal sounds, and his vocabulary continues to expand. It melts our heart to see how he greets Matthan each morning. He nearly leaps out of our arms as he is waving and shouting
"Massan Massan!"
He wants to do EVERYTHING that Matthan does and watching them play together is such a sweet thing to see.

He really seems to understand a lot more lately. We'll ask if he is hungry or if he's ready to eat and he joyfully says "eat" and runs to his highchair.
He will ask to "get down" when he's finished, and for "more" (he says that a lot).
He is a super eater-we are continuing to search for new things he can enjoy.
Lately he has been enjoying eating popsicles with Daddy & Matthan.

He has started singing along (a few words here and there) to some of the songs he hears around the house.

This little fella- has started insisting on feeding himself. A bit messy-but we enjoy his determination!

I couldn't resist...I had to post several of these pictures. Is he not the cutest little guy?? These are completely un-posed, he just hopped right up there and became engrossed in his corn puffs.

silly boy. We love you so much. You bring our family much joy, and we cannot imagine what life would be like without you in our family. God has truly blessed us. We are excited to see what the coming months will bring as we learn more about who God has created you to be.
