Two years ago today, the long awaited moment arrived....we became husband and wife. The weather was PERFECT! We were running on adrenaline- as we both had maybe 3-4 hours of sleep that night. We were both so excited, yet peaceful, about the commitment we were about to make before God and our friends and family. The day was wonderful. But it was only the beginning. That day we had no idea what God had in store for us in the coming days. What sweet moments of grace were ahead of us. Both of us feel like it was 5 years ago, as so much has happened in two years. We have moved twice, if you count our initial moving in together when we were married. We both had significant job changes. We welcomed our precious son into the world. We changed churches. We have begun preparation for our second child who will be with us in a few short months. We have laughed, loved, cried, celebrated, and changed in many ways together. Our lives have been FULL. God has remained faithful to us through each step of the way and we are so grateful. We are excited to see what the next year will hold for us as we depend more fully on the Lord and seek His will for our family.
